Nice to Meet You

Hello!

My name is Brenda Mendez de Andrade and if we have never met, let me tell you that I may not be the most exciting person that you will ever meet, but I

am a people's person who likes listening to others.

I enjoy playing sports; especially soccer and tennis and doing outdoor activities such as camping, hiking and most recently running (and what a change from not too long ago, but we will leave my journey to running and the people who inspired me for a future post).

I love reading books along with drinking a cup of tea, especially during the evenings. Actually, my favorite book is Don Quixote de la Mancha by Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra; however, I have to say that when I was in junior high my perspective was different to say the least. I consider myself a lifelong learner and a person who takes on challenges and works on being courageous. As part of this journey called life, I have been very fortunate to have an amazing family and incredible friends. Currently, I live in Albuquerque, NM with my husband and our 11-year old German Shepard (Goliat).

Life has taught me that good unexpected moments can happen, for me this occurred not too long ago during a hike in Albuquerque (Sandia Mountains) with a friend that lead to G.E. & B., LLC.
